Windows 10 install does nothing!

I have tried to install the latest Win 10 about 10 times and it goes through the motions wants to reboot but, actually does nothing.
I just get my boot screen of Windows 8 or Windows 7.

I bought a new Samsung SSD to put this on and it does not even put any files on that drive.
I even tried before the new SSD to a new partition on my main drive, though it did put a lot of windows files on it, Still would not get a way to boot in to windows 10, i'm really confused on this one.

It seems that Microsoft has suspended the availability of Windows 10 builds for the time being. I guess perhaps in preparation for RTM.
