Windows 10 is struck at "Preparing for Installation"

PLZ some one help me fast Windows 10 is struck at "Preparing for Installation":crying::crying::crying::crying:

goes to task manager and restart the windows explorer It will solve the problem

Or restarting when its stuck works too...I restarted and it looked like it was downloading again and I almost cried...lmao but it finally should like accept/decline thing and finished the upgrade

I recently face this problem.I have read some posts about it and I have done two things 1) Disconnect network 2) Turn off antivirus protection.
and the process completed in few mins.

Mine was at the exact same point. There was no apparent HDD activity, so I turned off the wireless and the green bar jumped a bit. I turned the wireless back on when I saw the HDD light go active again and the prepping finished within 20 minutes after that, generating a consent page and then a reboot to start the install.
