Windows 10 keyboard problem

When i type Shift+2 result should be @ but result comes " and vice versa.... How to solve this issue plz help !!
 
that means you don't have your keyboard language good.
There are two types of settings on Windows 10, layout and language. language is about the spellchecking and speech to text and such. and the other is the layout of your keyboard without affecting the language so you can add a german layout but still spellcheking English.

what you do is go to settings -> time and language -> region and language and then you see where it says languages, if you click on add language you add a language for spell checking or voice or anything, text to speech and such.
but if your language is correct for example you use English US, you could click on options thing and configure that language. on the bottom there is a "keyboards" option, that's the way to add a layout to your language.
So you probably have that keyboard layout set to anything other than English US or anything you need. of course if you add many layouts to a Language you will get language with layout variant like ENG - US, ENG - LAA, ENG - DE and so on. one thing is the language the spellchecking will check, and the other is the layout.
