Windows 10 major update keep fail.

All of the major update from my windows 10 keep failing. I tried to install the anniversary update but it show me the error code KB3180030. I have tried to use the windows update tools and media creation tools, but still failed. How to fix this problem?

As a check - is your time, date, time zone and region settings correct? Do you have enough storage space? What's your current OS version?
