Windows 10 maps on IOS

My wife and I are planning a trip next month to Paris and have found a great mapping app to put all of the restaurants, our hotel, and activities, windows Map in the latest version of Windows 10. We want to move our saved pins to our IOS devices as we are only planning to bring our iPhones and iPads to travel light. I have an Elite X3 that has the same version of the maps app, but I really don’t want to carry around 2 phones. Is there an iOS app that transfers the favorites over?
