I'm using Lumia 532. Is windows 10 available for my phone?
Is windows 10 mobile officially launched?
If it is not launched then when will this come?

Windows 10 Mobile isn't available yet officially. We don't know when it will come, but you can follow this thread :

As for joining Insider, it is beta, and things might not always work as they should. If you are someone who needs things to work and can't afford to lose information, it's not for you.

I wouldn't characterize it in quite that way and full disclosure, I've never seen it on the 532. But links on the question say it does work. I think with this latest build, you'll be ok. Give it a shot. You could always roll back to 8.1. I think you'll enjoy it.

Dear Xap file are not installing on windows 10 mobile. Does i need PC for this process. I don't have it. Are there any solution to install XAP files manually on windows 10 mobile?

there is also no issue. Can you install windows phone apps manually or from SD card?
