If you're someone using a Windows phone device that doesn't have access to the Windows 10 Mobile Anniversary Update, we have some odd news for you. Microsoft has just released a new build for those who don't have access to the Anniversary Update, build 10586.682 is rolling out to devices on Threshold 2 now.

We're not entirely sure why Microsoft has decided to roll out a new build for those older devices or devices that are yet to receive the Anniversary Update, as there has not been an official announcement just yet. This update, much like most other cumulative updates, will likely feature mostly under the hood changes and bug fixes rather than new features.

:shocked:Does MS is going to release optimized window 10's for non eligible phones :straight:? Would they just update bugs fixes or any chance for features too ? Already downloading 78%.. ? If they really thought that then it is a definitely a smart move.. :amaze:

Download on my 928 went fine no big changes and don't see performance any better but let's give it time.

I got the 10586.682 installed in my two L925 phones. But my L820 & L520 dosen't get it. They are stll stuck on 10586.545. Have done hard reset/factory default, but still the same. Anyone having a clue why?
