The requirements are easy to remember:
1. well-illuminated subject;
2. fast shutter speed (faster than 1/500s) - manually set this;
3. pre-focus on the spot where you expect the subject to be at - if you rely on auto-focus, you'll most probably always miss your shot.
If your images are noisy (i.e. ISO levels are too high) try a slower shutter speed, but don't go below 1/125s).
