windows 10 mobile hard reset

So I will be upgrading to win10 and I know that it is good to do a hard reset ak. Master reset for better performance. Is there any difference doing this right after upgrade or do the update to newer version and do that later?

I did it several weeks after upgrading to .164, when I was having a number of issues. It fixed most of them.

So I don't think it really matters when you do it, just as long as you do it.
