windows 10 mobile photos app

Hi. I make some photos and when i run photos app to look at them I notice that when I look at some photo that was captured from my camera it is like really hd (good detail) but after like second it becomes blurry and I need to zoom to see more details. Is it just a bug or something?

re:

it tries to save resources by showing a lower res picture when zoomed out, and load it by "chunks" when panning a zoomed in picture, which turns into a bloody mess of flickering and lag instead

its not a bug, its legitimately how they want it to work, on pc it does work because raw performance hides it completely, but its just a useless method that only makes sense for mapping data with its enormous sizes, I'm afraid they are not willing to backtrack at this point

It's because it's a raw file it will show the jpeg first and then the raw file. Raw files need to be processed using a photo editor go into the settings and change DNG files to jpeg
