Windows 10 Mobile : Reg Tweaks (No Interop Unlock)

Question. Once you unistall the app is all the other packages uninstall too the dependencies? Was really hoping there was a tweak to go into the C drive of my phone. Use to be able to do that if made a shortcut from pc of drive c. No more now. I also was think there a guy here on forum having problem with his imeo not showing would a registry or tweak might help him? Just a thought. But if I can please get my first question answer that be great.
