Windows Central Question

I got an update to windows 10 mobile on my Lumia 640xl on 17th or 18th. I downloaded it, but however it didn't install and gave some error instead. The problem was, the downloaded files were detected by my phone as system files which caused my memory to be full, thus I couldn't download it again. To get rid of the system files, I factory resetted my phone. Buy, now the update doesn't show up. It says your phone is up to date. How do I get back the update?
I tried the upgrade advisor app. It now says the my phone is eligible, and Microsoft is working with mobile operator and stuff to give me the update. But when I tried the first time before the reset, the app told me that I can download the update.
