When will Windows 10 mobile be released for Lumia 640 LTE Windows 8.1 phone?

It's really starting to annoy me now. My PC and Xbox are both running Windows 10, just need the mobile version now. I was tempted to join the Insider program and get the update that way but I want the genuine update
