It seems that the Quiet Hours feature is completely broken in Windows 10, including in the Nov. update. In Windows 8.x one can set a time range for each day when QH will automatically kick in. This doesn't seem to be possible in Windows 10. When I open the Action Centre and click on the Quiet Hours button, it just toggles quietude on and off. Right-clicking on it shows a menu with one choice: Go To Settings. When I choose this, it opens Settings at Notifications and Actions - but there is nothing on this page about Quiet Hours.
I really hope this is just unfinished business that will be corrected with an update soon, but I fear that it's a case of a feature being removed deliberately.
Anyone have any thoughts or insider knowledge?
Cheers
