Windows 10 Onedrive App Settings Choices, can I get some help?

Windows 10 Onedrive App Settings Choices

When choosing Settings from the Onedrive app on my laptop and going to the Auto Save Tab there are choices to save to your documents and pictures. The choices are Onedrive or This PC Only. I cannot figure out the difference between these two choices and why I would choose one over the other?

Haven't seen that option... But just by guessing I'm going to say:

This pc only -- literally means that file will be available on your pc alone (obviously you can still take it with you when going somewhere with a usb stick)
onedrive -- the file will be available in the cloud so you can access it from anywhere (as long as you have internet access, but you can also access it from your own pc, because a copy will be stored locally and will sync with the cloud)
