Windows 10 problem, why does it stop at 7?

i have a problem when i update my lumia 640 xl to windows 10
it stop on just 7% .....please gys help me.... how can i slove this problem?

On my 521 it took a while and would stick at 7%. Give it about an hour and check back on it.

I had it too.
Make sure you are connected to wifi, phone storage should have at least 4gb. If that didn't worked, wait about hour.
If that didn't worked again, restart your phone.
