Windows 10 Q? Integration with WP?

One feature I have been wanting for years was the ability in windows to see incoming phone calls (caller ID) & the possibility to answer these calls, see incoming texts (with the ability to reply) and a few other things from whatever desktop or laptop I am on in my home. To me this allows me the ability to leave my phone on charge away from me and not have it there as a temptation to get distracted on. For example I could be in my living room watching a movie (without the temptation of imgur) and a phone call comes in, I see a notification pop up on screen and I can choose to grab my phone to answer it or answer it on my HTPC from the couch (which then pauses the movie of course)

Has there been any news on this that I have missed or is this being done in windows 10 builds now?
