My Lenovo B50 laptop is running Windows 10 and Microsoft 365 and is soooo slow. I have done all the updates and defragged. In Task Manager Processes, Firefox is using 300+ mb memory. Under "Startup" nothing is showing as high. Just starting up is slow as well as opening programs. Any suggestions as to what might be slowing everything down? Also is there any way to turn off automatic updates?
