Windows 10 stuck at Getting Windows Ready

Hello. I updated to windows 10 about 2 months ago. Everything was fine, windows was a bit slow so I fixed the memory usage to the recommended size. And now when I turn it on/off it stops at Getting Windows Ready. Don't turn off your computer.I am always forced to shut it down from the power button. Please help!!!!
