Hey!
Ok, so i just installed Windows 10 (because i ruined my last op system with a partition remove), and i spend one day to configure it for me.
I don't like if my Op system looks like a smart phone, so i just quickly remove most of the apps, include build in ones: Cortana, Edge, Defender and many more. I just don't need them, and my PC is not that good. After this operations, i get the can't click Start menu , and Taskbar icons problem. I reinstall some apps and i found which one cause the problem.
Ladies and Gentlemen! The app is: ShellExperienceHost (for me). Can be found on "Windows\Systemapps\ShellExperienceHost_cw5n1h2txyewy" folder.
If i kill this one i get the problem, if its running all fine.
I hope this solution help someone.
