cant trun cellular data on and off ... on lumia 1320 w10tp... help me guys

A know issue from W10 TP 2 is that you can not turn cellular data off.
So you can do two things, live with it or roll back
Not able to turn it on was not a known issue maybe you can fix it with a hard reset but if it's on it stay's on.

This is a known issue and MS is working on a fix but when it will be fixed no one knows. This is the main reason I went back to WP8.1 Denim as I couldn't do without cellular data.

W10TP has a lot of issues. Some claim using recovery tool to downgrade to wp8 and then update to w10 is better,t han doing this from wp8.1. I used lumia 620 wp8.1 to update. It took almost 2 hours and the results? Let me just say, the known issues from Microsoft are just the start of a bug fest. I cant get the phone to start with sim card in the slot - it asks me my pin, I enter it and it stops there - no interface, nothing. So I took the card out and that "solves" the prblem - you now have a phone that cant dial or sms. New Cortana is about 100% the ame on this phone than the original. I cant get to settings, since it doesnt open - so nothing basically works. Everything is sooooooo slooooooow and laggy. I guess this could happen to lumia 520 or 720 as well. Try recovery tool and then update but it isnt a sure solution. I will try it now and post results.
