Windows 10 timeframe

Ok so I have been living with 10 for a few days and I have to say I like it a lot, I liked 8.1 (Thought 8 was crap) but I do see how for a lot of people it was a bridge to far, but with 10 I think MS have won the war.

Anyway, I am now sitting at my desk, with my desktop, Surface Pro 3 and Stream 7, but over on my coffee table is my 1520 with 8.1 and it isn't far away from my Xbox One.

So what is the likely time frame for Windows on phones (and in particular the 1520) and the Xbox One?

I really want to see the full set and experience the holy grail of one OS across devices :smile:

PS I did enjoy saying "hey Cortana" and having four devices answer me, be even better when the Xbox One chimes in as well.

OK so we have November for Windows 10 on the Xbox One, I can live with that, would have preferred Sept but at least we know.

On the Phone front I am guessing October, partly because of the announcement that the new phones will be announced about then, at worst I would expect is a November launch for the phones as well.

So it looks like I am going to jump ship on the phone front and put my 1520 onto the insider program :wink:

Anyone know if the OneDrive placeholders work on the phone version of W10, having just thought that through, I may have to stay with 8.1 on the phone until they sort out OneDrive on the PC as it makes so much sense to see what is actually in OneDrive instead of hoping.
