I have Windows 10 Home Edition v1511 on a Dell Inspiron 15 - 5558. Several attempts to install the Feature Update have failed - error code as above. I need help to fix the issue.

I can't seem to find any info on that error code

Can you try running the update troubleshooter to see if that solves it?
Do you have more than 16GB free space?
