Is it safe for updating win 10 in my 630

Not as a daily driver, no. It has been stated a million of times by Microsoft officials, tech sites and forum members, that this is a Tech Preview. It's not by far feature complete, it's likely to be unstable and so on. And by installing it you might void your warranty. Though I'd say that's rather bull**** as you can easily recover WP 8.1 again.
