Windows 10 Update, WHERE ARE MY GAMES!!??

[Windows Central Question]

My mother updated Windows from 7 to 10 and today afrter school I went to go play MySims, because I work tomorrow therefore I can't play it then, and I noticed my save file that I made YESTERDAY is gone. So I checked other games. Nothing. No pictures. No custom content (which takes a long time to get.) none of my school work, none of my music, TV shows. None of it, and I am quite upset. Can someone help me or do I have to get into Black Magics? I NEDD MY GAMES AND SCHOOL STUFF PLEASE. Pictures for my Grandparents of us were on there. I need this. BAD!! Please help me. :'(

We would need more details. How did your mother proceed with the update?

Also, chances are that you will get all those files back if you revert back to Windows 7 - provided that your mother did not perform a clean install.
