Windows 10 Updates are not getting stopped.

As soon as I connect internet, it starts updating windows and this has been happening since i installed it last week. I am not able to surf or see videos due to it takes all of the bandwidth. Help

Using it through wireless Wi-Fi router. WPSA Security enabled.

Okay, so you need to tell your Windows that, this is not unlimited internet connection.
This has got limited usage with some upper cap.

To do this, Open network properties and set it to Metered Connection.

Done. You are free from updates.

Cool. This helped. I made it metered now.
