Windows 10 upgrade problem.

I am trying to upgrade from windows 7ultimate to windows 10 through media creation tool , i have selected update pc. But the update is in progress at 77% since 12 hours. Then i uninstalled the application and again tried to update this time downloading is at 0%. Please help to update my pc.
