windows 10 upgrade via assistant stuck at 99% on the 28th.

My computer has been at 99% since 2am CST on the 29th. my question is if its still at that percentage on Saturday the 30th, and i decide to start over, will i need to pay that $120 price?

no, you wouldn't have to. The moment you say yes on the offer and clicked to download and update, your system was registered to receive the update free
