windows 11 glitching

so every time I end up watching a video and not rly messing with anything my screen likes to flash once into black and come back with multiple black lines placed a bit from eachother across the screen and I have to power off my laptop and re power it to fix it but it happens a lot and gets annoying, does this happen to anyone else who has the update?
