Vivaldi is now testing a version of its browser optimized for Windows 11 on Arm. Once stable and bug-free, the new version of the browser should be more efficient and perform better than Vivaldi running through emulation.

Any bait to have us try Windows 11. Too late, I uninstalled Win11.
(Win 11 will not allow you to to downgrade to Win 10. you need to format your hard drive and install the other OS from an image or disk).
