windows 11 renaming folder error

hello, i have a very serious problem. i cant rename folders on windows 11, windows says that the folder doesnt exist when i am renaming it but i can add files to it and access the files in it later.

can anyone help me?

Open Command Prompt as admin Write "Chkdsk" and on completion restart your pc. If problem persist then again open command Prompt as admin and write "sfc /scannow" hit enter and wait till scanning complete and the restart your pc. Hope your problem will be solved. If still problem persist then again open command prompt as admin and write "dism.exe /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth" and as its complete restart your pc definitely your problem will solved.

UPDATE: I created a folder with 7zip and it worked, i can rename and stuff. so the problem is windows explorer, maybe this helped a little
