If it's not showing up, you'll need to search for "Windows 8.1" in the app store, then press back to get out of the search. When I did this, after going back, I got the picture that Windows 8.1 is available!

hey can some one assist me . I am from India. whenever I open the store it shows me the huge list of top apps(spotlight) . and when I try to open the store link from Microsoft website nothing happens shows the same normal list of apps.
