Windows 8.1 stuck on Windows 10 Update.

Hello, so I was upgrading from Windows 8.1 up to Windows 10, and it is stuck on "Working on updates - 24%. Don't turn off your PC." It's been stuck there for about an hour, and still hasn't moved. Please help.
