Is there any way to get 8.1 on Lumia 950 and get off of Win 10?

I think there's a way, but it's a bit risky.
You should change the ROM to a model that has factory WP 8.1.
I did this procedure with a Lumia 920, switch to the ROM of a Lumia 930 in order to install Windows Mobile 10.
But never the reverse case, in addition would be wasted many features of the 950 in WP 8.1
