While it doesn't have "Xbox live" support, GTA San Andreas works very well with my Xbox 360 controller plugged right into my Surface 2...

Others that support the controller: Dragon's Lair, Pac-Man DX, Hydro Thunder, Project Spark, Crash Course Go, Pinball FX2, Ilomilo, Rocket Riot 3D, that F2P skateboarding one that was so terrible I deleted it, and a couple others.
