Windows apps are crashing, how do I restore them?

in windows power shell but its not working.

Just browse to c:\users\<username>\Appdata\Local\Packages\ and remove the failing apps.
If you have multiple users with the same app you could remove them at those user folders too.
To be sure windows store app works OK reboot the machine after removing packages folders.
