Windows apps problem

we all know about windows app problem and that necessary apps like youtube, snapchat.. etc which is necessary for some, doesn't exist.
But, there's a strange thing that the apps developed for android and ios their developers use pcs which is based on windows OS to make it so, all of that reputation they gain from users and money is cause of the existence of windows platform even google chrome started to gain its reputation on windows so without Microsoft all of that wouldn't exist, so, why they don't want to bring apps for us!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!HELL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ok, that's may happen, but, some beginner developers can't afford Macs.
Apple can't compete Microsoft in its own game or field they can't even develop a clone like visual studio.
Windows whatever its version is rich with each features and through years developers used it develops apps, even google used it to develop Chrome so it's ironically to deny there importance.
