Windows Central app for W10M is broken

I'm having issues refreshing posts in the forums, it won't even let me reply to comments or posts anymore. Also, notifications aren't working properly. A notification will appear, but won't display the actual notification, instead it just says new notification and will simply open the app to the app's home page upon clicking on the notification. Running the latest windows central update and insider build in the fast ring

When it says notification its a reply to a comment. Also I use the mtalk app for checking the forums

I haven't been able to make comments for weeks now. The touch screen button to post won't register when I touch it.

Plus logging out and logging in isn't very intuitive.
