Windows explorer crashing

Hello,
the windows explorer keeps crashing even though I tried all those suggestions from other posts under this issue. here is the dump file analysis. I would really appreciate help with this.
can it be because of low memory space on the C disk? ı don't know what to remove from there anymore.

It looks like an issue with the system file "win32u.dll" which could also be a result of a conflict with Office apps if you have any installed. Microsoft has an article addressing this - instead of walking through the steps for you, I'll point you to an MS page where another user was assisted with the same error.
