Windows Hello for Microsoft Lumia mobiles

Hi All,

Can we Except Windows Hello to the devices other than 950 and 950 XL ?
I am currently using Lumia 650 DS but it says windows Hello isn't available to your device yet !

Windows Hello is dependent on hardware features that older phones just do not have. (fingerprint scanner, iris scanner...)

The equivalent of this would be hoping that a software update enables an iPhone 3GS to use TouchID or that a software update makes my old monochrome Palm m125 suddenly have a color screen.

Exactly what @xandros9 said. Additionally, the Lumia line is dead so seeing new hardware features under that name is not going to happen.
