Windows Ink Workshop on Surface 4 and Dell

[Windows Central Question]

My Dell is a 2 in 1 running the Windows Anniversary upgrade, i7 and I don't have the Ink program or app that came with the upgrade I put in the surface. How can I get it? When I upgraded the Surface 4 Pro it put the Ink Icon in the tray,it is no where to be found on my Dell and I would like it on that lap top also. Any ideas?

I think the ink experience is for those who use the surface pen which in most cases is a surface device.
Your sp4 has the ink workspace, right?
