got a lumia 1320..updated to windows 8.1 without any issue.
did hard reset/soft reset..then downloaded windows insider so that I can upgrade to windows 10.. but getting errors like "A connection error prevented us from downloading programs for you, check your date/ time settings in your phone"
changed date/time settings to US, India and everything still no success.
Browsing forums suggested that I have to register on insider . windows.c o m
