Windows insider settings is greyed out in build 17025

Windows Central Question

I am on Insider build 17025 and just reset my pc. But the windows Insider settings is grey out. So I am unable to get the preview build. I tried the gpedit.msc> Allow telemetry settings but that didn't work. Any solution ???
