windows is closing an app

Windows Central Question

got the kodi app from windows store but windows keeps closing it when I try to run it
 
Sort by date Sort by votes
Check no controllers are connected via USB.

I suggest checking the Kodi log files and asking on the Kodi forums if that is not the issue.
