Windows Live Mail 2012 error message

Out of the blue, I am getting this error message. No clue how to fix it. I have uninstalled, reinstalled, repaired... still won't fully work.

Unable to send or receive messages for the Hotmail account.

Server Error: 0x8DE00005
Server: 'https://mail.services.live.com/DeltaSync_v2.0.0/Sync.aspx'
Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x8DE00005

Computer - Dell Inspirion - Windows 7. (Can't upgrade, the Bios is 4 years old.. how ancient.. lame of you Dell)

Mine is currently still working for now, but I'm pretty sure this is why you're seeing the error:

Windows Live Mail 2012 will no longer work with Outlook.com accounts after June 30
