I'm using Microsoft Surface Go with Windows 10S and updated periodically. Recently I can't update the Windows Malicious Tools for November and December. Does anyone has the same experience? Does this updates matters?

Unfortunately the Windows Software Removal Tool is not compatible with Windows 10 S - hence your error. It can't be fixed, unless you upgrade from Windows 10 S to Windows 10 Pro from the Store app.

Well that's unfortunate. Is it okay without that updates?

It should be alright. You can always just upgrade to Windows 10 Pro (I'm not sure if it is still free?). Once done, you can then install a proper antivirus program, like Bitdefender or something, which is far better.
