Windows Mobile and Smart Home

Does anyone have an suggestions for smart home apps that work with windows mobile? Z-wave, bluetooth, etc.? I am looking to get a smart lock, garage door, and lighting control. I would be fine with a web app if it was reliable and functioned well. Thanks.

@ironfusion I used home remote to control my belkin wifi... I needed my brother's galaxy edge to configure it to my wifi though. Once on my wifi I could flick it on an off. Schedules I think needed android again to configure the timings to bell phone home.

You would need to be on your network by vpn or something to control it away from home since you can't connect to belkin service.... actually I had a w10 tablet at home that I remote desktop'd into to flick my holiday lights on and off while I was away ahaha

I don't know of a complete answer, keep waiting for Cortana home?
