windows phone 10.0.10572.0 update stuck at 23%

I can't update my Lumia 1520 update stuck at 23% and give me an error and start over again ...... how i can fix that ?

Build 10572 is old, so I would either hard reset and try the update again (should download 10586) or roll back to 8.1 and try updating.
