Windows Phone 10 Build start screen tiles black and missing after upgrade Nokia 1020

I just ran the upgrade on my Nokia 1020 for the latest technical preview of the Windows 10 build on the phone..

After the upgrade i have nothing but a black screen for the windows start screen and tiles.. i've tried hard and soft resets but nothing fixes this.. does anyone know of a solution.. i cant seem to find much info on this online either..

I upgraded to 10166 last week. I'm afraid I didn't have your issue.

Wi-fi and data weren't working so I did a hard reset and that did the trick, but I still have a data/access point issues and every other time my start screen takes forever to load...I'm on T-Mobile.
