Windows phone 640LTE-windows insider won't download

I have a 640LTE Lumia. I'm not sure if anyone already wrote this but, last week I enrolled in the Windows insider program and when it came time to download my phone won't do it. It'll say downloading updates at 0% and once I press download, I'll get a notification saying I have an update ready to be installed and then I go to it and the same thing happens all over again. Is there a way I can fix this?

you are trying to download the update on wifi? Keep in mind that insider builds will not download over metered connections.. some one correct me if am wrong

No, Wi-Fi isn't available for me. I use LTE so I was hoping that would help me out.
